How does our Live-in care work?
It is mandatory for us to find you a Carer that can best meet your needs and whose company you can enjoy. All of our Live-in carers are trained and dedicated to look after you.
We meet you to learn more about you, your preferences, interests, and care needs. We match you with a Carer with similar traits so that the two of you can create a genuine bond.
A personalised care plan will be designed with your help. The care plan will be reviewed regularly to check if it is still suitable for you. A trial period will be set up and if you like your Carer and how your care and support are being delivered, your care starts.
